We want to invite students of “Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati, to participate in the competition as we see this to be a perfect opportunity for them to apply the skills they gained at your university and widen their knowledge about social businesses. In addition, this is a possibility for the students to see the impact of their work as two out of four cases are real-life problems later solved by social entrepreneurs using the solutions provided by the teams.

Representatives of Romanian higher education will attend the 29th edition of the Annual Conference and Exhibition of the European Association for International Education (EAIE), to be held in Seville, September 12th–15th, 2017.

The Free State of Bavaria invites applications for its one-year scholarship programme for students from Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe for the academic year 2018/19 via BAYHOST. Graduates from Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia and Ukraine are eligible to apply.

CPMR Atlantic Arc Commission is a partner in a European project called “A blue biotechnology Master for a Blue Career” (BBMBC).

As part of this project, the University of La Rochelle (France) is launching a new innovative Master’s degree starting in September 2017 on Blue biotechnologies applied to health, nutrition and aquaculture.

The European Documentation Centre for Marketing Analysis in Industry and Agriculture (CDEAMIA), coordinated by D. E. Zeca (http://cdeamia.wix.com/ro) organised on December 14, 2016, in the Senate Hall, the international workshop on the topic: Globalization remodels the way we learn, teach, relate to one another, work and do business. The special guest was the Indian researcher Pradeep Kumar PhD.

The conclusions of the discussions carried out during the workshop highlight the fact that the globalisation phenomenon remodels the socio-economic aspect of most countries in the world.

International Conference "Risk in Contemporary Economy" - RCE 2016

The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of “Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati, organizes under the aegis of the Association of Faculties of Economics from Romania (AFER) and Romanian Academic Society of Management (SAMRO)the International Conference The Risk in Contemporary Economy – RCE 2016, 19th – 20th May 2016.

The International Conference “The Risk in Contemporary Economy – RCE 2016” proposes to provide the framework for extensive scientific debates related to the challenges of economic realities.

TELEKOM Scholarships

TELEKOM Romania involves in training young generations and in supporting education and performance. TELEKOM scholarships programme intends to identify young people with a potential to become leaders, passionate about their field of study, with great academic results and well defined carrier objectives, which are involved in extracurricular and volunteering activities.

EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation European Office

The EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation is a unique venture between the European Commission and the Japanese Government. It is a non-profit organisation established as an affiliate of the Institute of International Studies and Training (IIST). It aims at promoting all forms of industrial, trade and investment cooperation between the EU and Japan and at improving EU and Japanese companies’ competitiveness and cooperation by facilitating exchanges of experience and know-how between EU and Japanese businesses.

DAAD

The DAAD offers various individual scholarship programmes. The scholarships are awarded to younger university graduates (and in exceptions, also to advanced students) from all academic disciplines as well as from the fields of music, art, and performing arts. Funding is also available for young and early-stage researchers, university teachers and groups of students completing study visits under the guidance of a university teacher. This support is largely financed by the Federal Foreign Office from public funds made available to it.

The third edition of the Scientific Conference organised by the Doctoral Schools of “Dunărea de Jos” University of Galați (CSSD-UDJG 2015) will be organised between the 4th and 5th of June 2015. The management team and the two multidisciplinary doctoral schools of UDJG, i.e. the Doctoral School of Engineering and the Doctoral School of Humanities and Social Sciences, aim to promote excellence in research within a broader framework of interdisciplinarity, to set up partnerships and collaborative relationships in related fields through the exchange of knowledge and expertise.
